Our People

Our people are our greatest asset and the foundation on which our values are built and maintained. Many employees have been with the company for over five years and several for longer than ten years. All our people working in the Goldfields live locally in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

With a combined experience of over 328 years on our production team and 85 years in our Administration team, Jarahfire Drilling is led by experienced management and a committed team of Supervisors, Drillers, Shotfirers and Plant Mechanics. Many of our staff are multi skilled allowing flexibility to alternate between drilling and blasting areas. Several of our staff have also worked in overseas locations.
